Acceptance of our Terms and Conditions
Once we proceed with the booking, it will be automatically agreed that you accept our Terms and Conditions below.
We do not host guests below the age of 18 without parents or guardian
We kindly ask you to treat this house as you would like someone to treat yours.
The home is not to be used to host parties or social/group gatherings.
3 nights minimum stay required.
Total price includes expenses for gas, electricity, water and final cleaning.
The house includes all the necessary items to cook and a cleaning kit will be provided.
Bed linen and bath towels provided on arrival and weekly change.
A deposit of 250€ will be required in order to cover damage, breakage and loss to any of the home content and can be payed by money transfer at the moment of the booking, credit card or cash. The deposit will be refunded back to the guest as soon as we have completed our inventory and occupancy report. Under no circumstances can the security deposit be refunded up on the day of departure.
We run a family owned B&B with a few rooms, so a cancellation will have a big impact on us.
In the event of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival, no money will be refunded but the guest can change his dates within a year from the date of reservation based on room availability.
(Deposits are one year valid).
In the event of cancellation, less than 14 days before arrival, or a no show, no refund will be given and no date changes can be made.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel the reservation, we reserve the right do to so and we will contact you immediately.
You have the right to either accept the change arrangement as notified, make alternative arrangements by changing you dates or to cancel the reservation. In this instance, you will get a full refund of any money that you have paid to us.
Should you wish to, we will attempt to book you into another similar apartment in the city of Cagliari.
Check-In & Check-out
Check-in Time is from 14:00 (2pm) untill 22:00 (10pm). Early check-in can be provided according to the availability of the room and previous request. Please give us a call or send us an email (email@example.com), we are very flexible.
Check-Out Time is before 11:00 (11 am). Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension may be given depending on the availability. A late Check-out fee of 30€ will be charged to the room, having requested it at least 12 hourse in advance.
On failure of the guest to leave the property as per booking the management shall have the right to remove the guest personal belongings from the apartment to be retained in the luggage storage.
According to availability guests can store their belongings and luggage in the luggage room.
We are not to be held responsible for any damage or lost of the items.
Small pets (dogs or cats) are allowed for the guests of the Holiday House. Proper care of the pet should be taken in order not to damage the property items (doors, courtains etc)
Damage to property and Missing items
The guest will be held responsible for any any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them.
Missing items of the rooms, including towels, will be charged in full at the moment of check out
Smoking in NOT permitted inside the apartment, it is only allowed in the outside courtyard.
In case of any violation of this policy the guests will be charged a minimum fee of 25€ up to a maximum of 2000€ (according to Italian Legislation) and the cost of the damage if present.
As we are in the heart of the center, we cannot offer our guest a private car parking, for information about charges of the public parking please contact the management.
Additional services can be added on request : full B&B service, extra laundry service, portable Wifi, restaurant reservations, flowers or champaign in the apartment at arrival. For more information regarding the full B&B service click here.
We clean the apartment before and after your stay. When leaving visitors are required to leave the apartment in reasonable condition. If this condition is not met, the clients will be charged a compensation fee.
